Product update: Implant Abutments
Most of you are waiting with baited breath for abutment capabilities. You will be pleased to know that it is currently scheduled for limited launch by late March. Nobel Biocare™, Straumann™, Astra™, BIOMET 3i™ and Zimmer™ are the main systems we are compatible with. Please note that Straumann™ bone level and Nobel Biocare Active™ compatible systems will be added later.
All you will need to start is some scan caps for the implant systems you wish to use, Abutment Designer software(which came free if you originally purchased a D700 scanner from us) and some other minor modifications in your existing Dental Designer 2009 software. We will guide you through each of these phases as the time comes.
Product update: Translucent Zirconia
More and more Channel Partners are using the translucent Zirconia to win back the lower cost customers who they had previously lost to off shore labs. Once they are back in the lab you can slowly educate them in the differences in material and quality these labs can’t offer. Food for thought?
Product update: LAVA
Pricing promotion for LAVA. $70 per coping + GST and delivery. Wow!
We are now offering 3M accreditation to any lab who would like it through our core3dacademy. We will be offering all labs who complete the course a 3M pack of goodies to help you further promote this popular product to your clients. 3M have a good program of events this year so LAVA demand should increase in 2011. Call if you would like accreditation.
Product update: e.MAX CAD
We are now offering emax CAD accreditation and once completed each lab will be able to offer an extended warranty on this product for 5 years. Dentists LOVE this so really worth doing! Call if you would like accreditation.
Product update: Warranty Information
We will be implementing core3d warranty cards by the middle of March to help you verify genuine Australian made core3d products. Each warranty will have 3 sections. Lab, Dentist and Patient. Most of our products have a 10 year warranty except Wax and Temporary components. e.maxCAD carries 5 years. This warranty information will also be included on our new price list and other forms of media.
Product update: VMK
We can now offer the following service - send us a design for a VMK framework and we will mill it in wax and cast/invest it for you. We then weigh it and bill you only $45 for the wax and the current market price for gold. We are using Bego products - Prontogold G for precious, semi-precious will be Begopal.
